The Attorney
Rudolph “Rudy” Novak, Esq.
I've been a New Jersey lawyer since 2010. Before private practice, I served as a judicial clerk at the New Jersey Superior Court, working on personal injury, toxic torts, professional malpractice, UM/UIM, and product-liability matters – learning, from the inside, how injury cases are weighed and decided.
For more than 15 years, I've done two things well: represented injured New Jerseyans, and served as the connector who gets people to the right counsel – in New Jersey and across the country. Fifteen years of building those relationships means that when you call, there's a good chance I already know the right person to call next.
I also hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which shapes how I work: I understand that a serious injury is often a trauma, not just a claim – and I represent people accordingly, with patience and without losing sight of the person behind the case.
